Full Job Description

  • Lead requirement gathering and analysis by collaborating with stakeholders including Architects, Cloud & Container Engineers, Capability Leads, and Control Owners to document both functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Define, refine, and prioritize epics, features, and user stories within Agile/Scrum frameworks, ensuring sufficient technical detail for engineering execution.
  • Maintain end-to-end traceability between business requirements, technical specifications, and delivered solutions.
  • Partner with CNAPP engineering, Cloud Services, Containers, and Cybersecurity teams to ensure alignment and effective delivery.
  • Provide subject matter guidance to stakeholders new to CNAPP, supporting them in articulating and refining their requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops, design discussions, and solution demos to validate approaches and secure stakeholder buy-in and sign-off.
  • Define clear acceptance criteria and support validation to ensure delivered solutions meet agreed requirements.
  • Map and document system integrations and APIs, including CNAPP components and enterprise systems (eg, reporting platforms, data lakes).
  • Support continuous improvement of Agile processes, documentation standards, and delivery practices.

    5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Technical Specialist within cybersecurity or security/compliance platforms (SaaS and/or on-premises).
  • Hands-on knowledge of security domains such as vulnerability management, configuration baselines, compliance monitoring, and asset inventory (eg, CNAPP, CSPM, ASPM).
  • Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including writing epics, features, and user stories.
  • Solid understanding of API integrations, microservices architecture, and modern engineering practices.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and containerization (eg, Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
  • Familiarity with DevOps processes and CI/CD pipelines.
    • Candidates will be required to go through background checks before commencing contract.
