Full Job Description

We're looking for a Site Administrator to join our Yorkshire water Framework based in Wanlip on a 6 Month Fix-term Conract., Join us as a Site Administrator on a 6 Month Fix-term Contract and become an integral part of our site-based project team. In this role, you'll provide essential administrative and coordination support, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of site activities. Working collaboratively with our Operations team, you'll help maintain compliance, keep accurate records, and support the successful delivery of exciting water projects.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Site Administrator, you'll be working within the Operations team, supporting them in delivering efficient and compliant site operations.

Your day to day will include:

-Maintaining accurate site records including personnel, visitor, and delivery registers

-Managing document control systems to ensure compliance and accessibility

-Coordinating and distributing site documentation such as reports, permits, and drawings

-Providing administrative support to the on-site Operations team and assisting with onboarding processes

-Supporting site inductions and ensuring all compliance documentation is completed and readily available

You have strong administrative experience and have worked in a construction or site-based environment

-You're computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages

-You have strong organisational skills with high attention to detail, Disability Confident
