Full Job Description
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Metric Intelligence and Health Log Analytics.
- Utilize Flow Designer for automated remediation use cases.
- Lead implementation of Phase 1 AIOps use cases.
- Configure and optimize Event Management, Metric Intelligence, Health Log Analytics, Event Correlation, Impact Analysis, CMDB, and Service Mapping.
- Set up anomaly detection for CPU, memory, and disk utilization.
- Support and execute root cause analysis workflows.
- Validate monitoring integrations and event sources.
- Configure and maintain service dependency and impact visibility.
- Support event-noise reduction initiatives.
- Participate in testing, validation, and demonstration of outcomes.
- Communicate business impact and benefits of AIOps components in relation to use cases.
