Full Job Description

The Op COURAGE service is a specialist mental health team for Military Veterans, based in the community. We are looking for a Team Secretary. As a Secretary and often the first point of contact for service users and professionals, you would be giving the 'first impressions' of our service. Therefore, your role is key to helping us provide a positive experience., You would be providing team secretarial and administration support service to the Op COURAGE Service and the leadership team. This is a blended role, working as the first point of contact for all team calls and queries, by managing the office telephone line and operating the team email inbox, as well as providing support to the leadership team by organising key meetings, taking minutes, supporting with data reporting, and managing invoices. As you would often be the first point of contact for the service, you would be able to provide a sensitive communication approach, ensuring that all service users and professionals that contact the service are met with a friendly and professional attitude. You will be expected to work collaboratively with key partner organisations, service users, carers, clinicians and colleagues across the Trust.
