Full Job Description
The Bishop of Peterborough is excited to appoint an ordained senior member of staff to take on the role of Bishop's Missioner. This is a new post, subject to national funding, and offers the unique opportunity to be a lead player in the development of a new Diocesan Strategy and to implement changes associated with this.
Working with senior colleagues, you will help shape both a rural and urban strategy, encouraging leadership development and working closely with our parish support teams to promote the health and vitality of all our parishes.
Experience of leading significant change is essential along with deep enthusiasm for strategic mission and ministry
Salary: £43 000 (plus housing allowance)
