Full Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic part-time Team PA to join the admin team for St Raphael Ward, St Anne's Centre. You will be working as an administrator for the Adult Mental Health Service where you will use your skills to support highly skilled and dedicated clinical staff from a multitude of backgrounds including doctors, nurses, psychologists and occupational therapists to help ensure that we continue to provide excellent patient-focused care. The post holder will provide administrative support to the clinical team, including the team lead, as well as supervision of some of the admin staff., To provide a comprehensive range of secretarial and administrative support to a multi-disciplinary team of practitioners. To undertake responsibility for the day-to-daymanagement of the administrative, clerical and secretarial functions associated with a multi-disciplinary team. This includes working and acting on own initiative and dealing with potentially complex situations. To consistently deliver a client focussed service, which promotes good professional service and effective working relationships.
