Full Job Description
- Receiving deliveries, date rotation of stock and correct storage of raw ingredients.
- Baking bread and pastry products, volume preparation of sandwiches and baguettes.
- Ensuring presentation to specification and measuring ingredients and portion sizes accurately.
- Keep your workstation clean and organised, following Health and Food Safety procedures at all times, as part of the CPU team.
We are looking for Team Members for our Central Production Unit with a bold, fun and friendly personality to bake and make products for sale in our cafes, bars and restaurants, someone who prefers keeping busy, achieves results, takes pride in their work and are has a good eye for detail.
Please note this is part time role, Friday - Sunday, morning shifts ONLY. Pay Rate: £13.35 per hour. Hours of operation are 6am to 1pm. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays. Step into the buzz of hospitality!
