As a Team Member, you'll be at the heart of the customer journey, creating a welcoming atmosphere while preparing our signature filled bagels, serving drinks, and delivering exceptional service., Customer Experience

Deliver friendly, welcoming, and efficient customer service at all times

Engage confidently with customers and assist with product recommendations

Create a positive and energetic atmosphere within the store

Ensure every customer enjoys an exceptional Steamhouse experience

Food & Beverage Preparation

Prepare food items, including our signature filled bagels, to company standards

Ensure all food and drinks are presented to the highest quality standards

Support food preparation to ensure readiness for service

Prepare and serve beverages efficiently

Order Fulfilment & Service

Deliver food and drink orders promptly and professionally

Maintain speed, accuracy, and attention to detail during busy periods

Support smooth service throughout the day

Cleanliness & Hygiene

Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the store

Follow food storage and stock rotation procedures

Keep front and back of house areas organised and presentable

Team Support & Operations

Work collaboratively with colleagues across all areas of the business

Support Supervisors and Managers with daily operations

Assist with stock handling, preparation, and organisation

Be flexible and willing to support different areas when required

This Team Member role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering quality products and great hospitality. The successful Team Member,will be a positive team player who brings energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for customer service to every shift., Previous hospitality or customer service experience is desirable but not essential
