We're looking for a Team Member to join us at KP Snacks. If you're ready to bring your ideas to the table, grow your skills and be part of a team that values what makes you, you - this could be your next big move.

About the role

In this key role, you'll be working with a variety of machinery to help ensure our production lines run smoothly, efficiently and safely. Whether you've worked in manufacturing before or are looking for a fresh challenge with full training provided, this is a great opportunity to join a business that values teamwork, safety, and quality. With a rotating shift pattern offering regular time off, you'll enjoy a role that combines structure, variety and a supportive team environment.

What will you be doing?

• Operating packing and processing machinery to meet output targets


• Navigating daily production challenges with a hands-on approach


• Collaborating with your team to keep production lines running efficiently


• Playing a key part in delivering high standards of quality and safety


• Developing new skills through product testing and machine changeovers

We'd love to hear from you if you can bring:

• A good standard of literacy and numeracy, with strong attention to detail


• Comfortable working in a team and contributing to shared goals


• Previous experience in manufacturing or food production is a plus - but not essential


• Level 2 Food Safety for Manufacturing is desirable, but full training is provided


• A proactive, accountable attitude that reflects our values of ownership and care
