This is an exciting opportunity to join Picturehouse at our flagship West End cinema, leading the delivery of a varied and high-profile events programme. From major film premieres and festivals to bespoke private hires, you†ll play a key role in bringing unforgettable experiences to life.  Working closely with the Head of Events and Senior Events Manager, you†ll be responsible for converting enquiries into confirmed bookings while ensuring events are delivered to the highest standard. This is a hands-on role that blends sales, planning, and operational delivery.  This role is perfect for someone passionate about film and events, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with high-profile clients across the film and entertainment industry.  What will you be doing?  Â

• You†ll manage incoming event enquiries, converting opportunities into confirmed bookings and meeting revenue targets Â
• You†ll plan and deliver events end-to-end - from proposal and client liaison through to on-site execution Â
• You†ll maximise revenue through upselling and ensuring strong commercial performance across all events Â
• You†ll lead and coordinate event delivery, working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution Â
• You†ll manage and support the Events Team and wider cinema staff allocated to events Â
  
  You have experience delivering events in a fast-paced, client-facing environment Â
• You†re confident managing client relationships via phone, email and in person Â
• You can work under pressure, solve problems quickly, and adapt to changing priorities Â
• You have experience leading or coordinating teams Â
• You†re highly organised, with strong communication skills and a collaborative working styleÂ
