Availability window shows hours on Sunday to Saturday (all times in 24-hour format). The role includes leading from the store floor, maximising sales, presentation, safety, and compliance, and ensuring colleagues are in the right place at the right time. Responsibilities

• Becoming a manager in a Tesco Store, taking a driving role in serving Britain's shoppers a little better every day.
• Grow your own team by spotting talent and giving feedback and support to help colleagues be their best.
• Maximise sales, impact and presentation for your department while ensuring safety and compliance and effective scheduling.
• Lead from the front, on the store floor with colleagues and customers.
You will need Do you have the attitude, aptitude and aspiration to be a great retail manager? This role is for those who love retail and who put people at the heart of everything they do. You will be:
• Talking to colleagues to share and encourage new ideas and best practice
