Full Job Description
Join us as a Team Manager in our Mental Health Social Care Service and lead a team that lives our EPIC values every day. You'll empower staff, champion personcentred and inclusive practice, and work collaboratively with partners to improve outcomes for adults with mental health needs. You bring confident, compassionate leadership and experience in mental health social care. You can manage complex risk, support staff through reflective supervision and work collaboratively with partners to improve outcomes. You understand strengthsbased practice, the Care Act and the importance of inclusive, recoveryfocused support. You work in a way that empowers others and reflects our EPIC values. Most importantly, you value inclusive, personcentred practice and can inspire others to deliver highquality support.,
- An enhanced/basic DBS Check with children/adults barred list will be required.
- You will be required to drive in this role. You will be asked for a copy of your driving license as part of the recruitment process.
- You may be asked to work across our other mental health teams at different bases in the Trafford area.
