Full Job Description
Be part of an organisation with a commitment to securing a positive supportive future for the people of Lincolnshire. We are proud to have a management team that leads with purpose, quality and heart.
We are a high performing Community Wellbeing team, committed to strengths based, personalised practice that achieves meaningful outcomes for people and communities. We work collaboratively, value reflection and learning, and support one another to do our best work - for the people we serve and for each other.
As a Team Manager, you will provide confident, compassionate leadership to a skilled team of practitioners, embedding strengths based approaches, positive risk management and personalised safeguarding. You will oversee quality practice, performance and decision making in complex cases, ensuring statutory responsibilities are met while keeping people's outcomes at the centre of everything we do
We are a highly developmental and supportive team. You will play a key role in coaching, mentoring and supervising colleagues, nurturing talent, building confidence and creating an environment where people are valued, challenged and supported to grow. You'll work closely with partners and commissioners, champion place based working, and help shape continuous improvement within a team that embraces new ways of thinking and working.
This is a highly developmental role within a team that values coaching, learning and collaboration. If you're a values-driven leader who believes that great outcomes start with strong, supported teams, we'd love to hear from you.
In accordance with Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 (Fluency Duty), the ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
Along with a competitive salary we are offering:
- "Green book" Local Government terms and conditions
- Access to Local Government Pension scheme

- 37 hour working week (as full time) including flexible and hybrid working
- A generous leave entitlement with a minimum of 28 days plus bank holidays and the option to buy more
