Team Manager

As Team Manager, you will provide operational leadership and oversight of a multidisciplinary team delivering statutory Adult Social Care functions within hospital settings. You will support staff to achieve positive outcomes for residents, ensuring timely discharge planning, effective safeguarding practice and high-quality person-centred interventions. You will be responsible for service performance, workforce management, quality assurance, supervision, and the management of risk, while developing strong relationships with NHS and partner organisations.

• Be a qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
• Have experience of leading and managing Adult Social Care teams.
• Have a strong understanding of the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act and Safeguarding.
• Be an effective leader with excellent communication and decision-making skills.
• Be able to motivate, support and develop staff to deliver high-quality services.
• Thrive in a busy environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
