We are recruiting a Team Manager at Caerphilly County Borough Council.
Working hours: 37
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time
Location: County wide
Team: Residential Services
This position offers an excellent opportunity to become part of our team and provide support across the organisation.
We pay an attractive salary of £48,738 - £51,928 and offer access to training and development opportunities.

For the role, we ask that you have:
- A QCF Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care,
- A Level 4 USW Certificate in Step Up to Management,
- Enrolment on Level 4 or Level 5 management qualification with the view to complete the Level 5 within 3 years
- Significant experience in a residential care setting at a senior level
- A Full UK Category B (Cars) driving licence and the use of a motor vehicle insured for business / work purposes to travel throughout the borough to undertake home visits, to transport children, young people and parents / carers during the week

The current registration requirements state that completion of the Consolidation of Practice qualification within your first 3 years of practice is mandatory (if you qualified after 1st April 2016). Failure to successfully complete this qualification will result in you being unable to renew your Social Work Registration or practice as a Social Worker.
