Team Manager

You will support the service in maintaining excellent standards of treatment and care for our service users and will oversee the implementation of treatment pathways for people affected by their use of substances. You will work with a range of partner agencies and represent the service in a variety of settings, promoting the service and encouraging referrals. The successful candidate will be highly motivated and engaging and have a real passion for supporting people. You must have experience of line management/supervision/coaching and a strong understanding of treatment services and service user engagement. It is a busy role so excellent time management skills and experience in report writing and analysing data and records will be important.,

• Strong leadership skills and a track record of managing teams and supervising staff at different levels
• Knowledge, skills and experience of working with people who have experienced difficulties related to their substance use and delivering recognised psychosocial interventions/approaches
• Excellent facilitation skills including the ability to lead a discussion to constructive conclusions and the ability to feedback
• Experience of successfully managing a wide range of stakeholder relationships
• Time management skills - working under very tight deadlines with changing priorities
• Experience in evaluation techniques and the ability to adapt practice to get results
