Full Job Description

  • Maintain a strong safety culture and ensure full compliance with site procedures
  • Monitor productivity, performance and operational KPIs
  • Manage absence, conduct, performance and training needs in line with policies
  • Resolve issues quickly, ensuring consistent operational flow and high service levels

    Are you an experienced people leader who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment? We're recruiting two full-time, permanent Team Managers, working any 5 out of 7 days on rotating 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00 shifts. If you enjoy motivating teams, solving problems and keeping operations running smoothly, this could be the perfect next step.
    • We're looking for hands-on leaders who can inspire colleagues, maintain high standards and deliver strong performance across safety, productivity and service.,
  • Previous supervisory or team-leader experience within a warehouse environment
  • Strong communication and people-management skills
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
  • A safety-first mindset with excellent attention to detail
