This is an exciting opportunity to lead from the front, support a busy food operation, and help deliver an exceptional matchday and event experience for thousands of guests. This opportunity will be to join the team for the 2026/27 Football Season. With the opportunity to work at Matchdays and Non matchdays, this is a great opportunity for driven individuals to succeed in a fast and innovative catering facility. Ideally you will have worked within the hospitality sector previously and have a good foundation and knowledge of customer service. What you'll do

• Leading and motivating a small team during busy matchdays and events.
• Preparing, cooking, and serving Detroit-style pizzas while maintaining high food quality standards.
• Supporting the day-to-day running of the kiosk and ensuring smooth service.
• Training and coaching team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards at all times.
• Managing stock levels and minimising waste.
• Acting as a key point of contact for operational issues during service.
• Leading by example and creating a positive team culture.
  
  Previous experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Senior Team Member role.
• Strong kitchen background with hands-on food preparation experience.
• Experience preparing and cooking food in a commercial kitchen environment.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume operation.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to get involved wherever needed.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, matchdays, and major events
  
  Over 18's: £15.00 - £17.00 per hour

• Match Days and Non-Match Days (C&E Events) which includes evening & weekend shifts
