Were now looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a Team Leader at Hempstalls Hall Care Home in Newcastle under Lyme. ABOUT THE ROLE Your focus as Team Leader will be to support the home management team in delivering high-quality care with a difference by providing a safe,
caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Other responsibilities will include: Leading in the person-centred care planning process by implementing, monitoring, and undertaking monthly evaluations, completing care plan audits, developing action plans, and being responsible for completing the action plans. As a Team Leader, your focus will be to support the home management team in delivering high-quality care. Responsibilities include leading in the person-centred care planning process by implementing, monitoring, and undertaking monthly evaluations, completing care plan audits, developing action plans, and completing them. Other duties include assisting in the smooth transition of discharges and monitoring the well-being of each resident. Practicing safe systems of work and moving and handling of residents are also key responsibilities. To succeed, you must live our values of being caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable. Our ideal candidate must have an, NVQ 3 or equivalent in care
for care homes, two years experience in a senior position with the resident group, and be able to communicate effectively.
