Team Leader - Nights

This role is for a Team Leader - Nights at Avery Healthcare's Wandsworth Common Care Home in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the home management team in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to the residents., As a Team Leader - Nights, your focus will be on providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Key responsibilities include leading the care planning process, assisting with resident discharges, monitoring resident well-being, and ensuring safe systems of work. You will need to have an NVQ 3 or equivalent in care for care homes, two years' experience in a senior position, and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
