Full Job Description
his role is generally carried out inside normal working hours (7am to 7pm) with some requirements to work outside normal working hours including weekends, bank holidays and evenings to meet the needs of the service on a standby basis.
Calderdale Council's Corporate Asset and Facilities Management (CAFM) Service is responsible for the council's property assets, ensuring that they are fit for purpose, deliver value for money, and support and enhance service delivery. We have a diverse property portfolio: around 300 buildings including leisure facilities, office buildings, public conveniences and the iconic Halifax and Todmorden Town Halls.
