Full Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate TEAM LEADER (COMMUNITY HOMECARE) to join our community-based homecare team in BRIGHTON.
o This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and wants to help ensure our clients receive safe, person-centred and compassionate support in their own homes.
As a Team Leader (Community Homecare) you will work alongside our care team and management to promote excellent standards of care, identify areas for improvement and support colleagues to deliver the best possible outcomes for the people we support.
Key Responsibilities
o Promote high standards of care, dignity, respect and safeguarding.
o Carry out quality checks and provide constructive feedback to care staff.
o Support the monitoring of care plans and service delivery.
o Identify good practice and areas where improvements can be made.
o Work with carers to encourage consistent, person-centred care.
o Support clients and families to share feedback about their care.
o Report concerns promptly and work with management to resolve issues.
o Help ensure company policies, procedures and regulatory standards are followed.
o Contribute to a positive culture of continuous improvement.
We are looking for someone who is:

o Confident communicating with clients, families and care staff.
o Able to identify and address concerns professionally.
o Organised and able to work independently.
o Flexible and willing to work mornings, evenings and weekends.
o Experienced in health and social care or homecare .
o Knowledgeable about safeguarding, person-centred care and quality standards (desirable).
o £13.50 per hour
o GUARANTEED 20 HOURS PER WEEK
