Role Overview


Working in our Children's Homes means being a part of a young person's day-to-day life. This entails supporting them through their highest highs and lowest lows. Our team leaders enable our young people to reclaim their childhood and create pathways to become well-rounded adults - an incredibly rewarding role. There will be challenges along the way, but also moments that feel like huge small victories.


Our homes accommodate young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs, aiming for the best possible outcomes. Our team leaders find fulfillment in affecting small positive changes, so we celebrate the little things.


Key Responsibilities



  • Take care of young people daily, ensuring smooth operation and creating lasting memories.

  • Support and supervise staff teams to maintain high standards.

  • Prepare to deputise for the Registered and Deputy Managers.

  • Build relationships with young people, demonstrating compassion, emotional resilience, and support.

  • Provide leadership to inspire colleagues.
