Those huge small victories

Working in our Children's Homes means being a part of a young person's day-to-day life. This involves being there for the highest highs and lowest lows. Our team leaders enable our young people to regain their childhood and create pathways to become well-rounded adults — an incredibly rewarding role. There will be challenges, but also moments that feel like huge small victories!

Our homes accommodate young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs, aiming to create the best possible outcomes. Our team leaders find fulfillment in affecting even the smallest positive changes in our young people, celebrating the little things.

Get out what you put in

You’ll be involved in the daily care of our young people, ensuring smooth operations and creating lasting memories. As a team leader, you'll support the staff team and ensure the home adheres to high standards, ready to deputize for the Registered and Deputy Managers. Building relationships with young people through compassion, emotional resilience, and support is essential. Providing leadership that motivates colleagues is also key.
