Full Job Description
Joining Careers Education is seeking a Team Leader for our Children's Homes in Oxford. You will support a staff team, supervise daily operations and deputise for Registered/Deputy Managers, ensuring high standards and positive outcomes for young people.
We offer a base salary of £35,400-£42,664 plus up to three sleep-ins per month (£80 each) and various allowances and progression opportunities, including induction, pension and wellbeing support, with generous holiday and staff benefits.
