Full Job Description
As a Break Team Leader, you will play a vital role in helping young people achieve positive outcomes. Your enthusiasm, leadership, and passion for supporting young people to thrive will be at the heart of everything you do., People are our biggest asset in our organisation. You will need to be an excellent team player who is warm, compassionate, calm, and resilient, with the ability to support young people with complex emotional, behavioural, and additional needs. Through your empathy, patience, and commitment, you will help make a meaningful and lasting difference in the lives of young people with disabilities, enabling them to achieve their potential and thrive. Ideally, you'll already hold a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare. If you don't, you'll be expected to complete it within 24 months of starting. The qualification is fully funded by Break, and you'll receive support from their training team while completing it.
