Full Job Description

Next Wave Care Group - Team Leader At Next Wave Care Group, the people we support are at the centre of everything we do. We also recognise that supporting and valuing our staff is essential to delivering high-quality, safe, and compassionate support. We are committed to creating an open, positive, and supportive workplace culture where staff feel listened to, respected, and empowered to do their best work. We actively encourage open communication, reflective practice, and shared learning, and we promote a culture where staff can raise concerns, seek guidance, and contribute ideas without fear, in line with our safeguarding and whistleblowing responsibilities. We believe that strong, well-supported teams deliver the best outcomes for the people we support, and our culture is built on collaboration, accountability, compassion, and continuous improvement. We are currently seeking an experienced, compassionate, and motivated Team Leader to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with leadership experience who is passionate about supporting vulnerable adults, developing staff, and helping to deliver high-quality, trauma-informed care and support. Where required, you will also undertake direct support shifts, including lone working, ensuring continuity of care and support for the individuals we work with. You will play a key role in fostering a positive team culture, promoting reflective practice, and ensuring that the people we support are empowered to achieve independence, emotional wellbeing, and positive outcomes. The position is offered on a rota basis, covering days, evenings, weekends, bank holidays, on-call responsibilities where required, and potential sleep-in duties as part of a 24/7 service.
