New Beginnings (NE) Ltd provides support to adults with learning disabilities and health needs, enabling them to live in their own homes, participate in their community and to lead full and meaningful lives., We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to join our company, working in the North Tyneside area. The successful applicant will lead a team of Support Workers, supporting the service user in a way that empowers them to plan their lives and gives them respect and value. You will be involved in all aspects of the support and care which the service user receives.
The successful candidate must have care and leadership experience in a similar setting and must hold an NVQ3/Diploma in health & Social care or equivalent.
Hourly rate £13.85 - £14.05
- Sleep in rate £95.
