On average our call centre provides between 6 and 7 warm leads per month.Develop and implement strategies to maximize self-sales

opportunities and build your own network whilst generating referrals from existing clientele.Ensure your team represent the brand and are fully compliant, working within company guidelines and policies.We will provide you with warm leads + sales tools + continuous training to help you achieve your monthly sales target! Also, you will always have the support of your Branch Manager.Requirements from a Sales Team Leader:Previous F2F Sales experience (2-3 years minimum)Cold canvassing experience is a plusPrevious Team Management, Sales Manager / Sales supervisor experience (>5 people)Commercial attitude and passion for sales.Have a full manual driver's license.Skills needed:Previous experience in car sales, canvassing, retail, or sales leadership roles preferred.Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.Strong organisational, time management and problem-solving abilities.Ability to motivate and inspire others to reach their full potential.Demonstrate a deep
