Full Job Description

Supporting the Service Manager to deliver outstanding, person-centred care
Leading, motivating, and developing a team of Support Workers
Coaching colleagues to achieve their full potential
Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and health & safety requirements
Driving continuous improvement and positive outcomes for the people we support
Participating in the on-call rota and providing leadership when it matters most

NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
Experience supervising or leading within a care environment
A positive, proactive, and supportive leadership style
A passion for developing others and delivering excellent care
Flexibility to participate in a 24-hour on-call rota
