Full Job Description
- To supervise and coordinate the team to ensure the day-to-day delivery of high quality, reliable support service tailored to the specific needs of each person entering our services, promoting independence and choice in accordance with the Statement of Purpose and Supported Accommodation Standards.
- To lead and oversee the quality of the homes, ensuring records and practice effectively demonstrate compliance with relevant regulations particularly in relation to protection and support, ensuring compliance with GDPR.
- You will be expected to contribute to the maintenance and development of the Association's values, culture, and ethos.

Salary up to £31,500 per annum dependent on experience for 37.5 hours per week, - Competitive Annual Leave (25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, with an additional 2 days awarded annually for full attendance - prorated for part-time employees)
