Team Leader

Just as Captain Kirk relied on Spock to help lead the USS Enterprise, our Cinema Manager needs a dedicated Team Leader to help guide the crew and keep operations running smoothly. Located in the Waterfront Centre in the heart of St. Helier, Cineworld Jersey is the island's only multiplex cinema. With 10 screens, we bring the biggest blockbuster releases, live events and special screenings to audiences across Jersey. Our location offers excellent links to both the UK and France and is surrounded by cafés, leisure facilities and the beautiful waterfront, just a short walk from the beach. As a Team Leader, you'll support the management team in the day-to-day running of the cinema, lead by example on the front line, and motivate colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service. You'll help drive performance, maintain high operational standards and ensure every guest enjoys a fantastic cinema experience from the moment they arrive. This role is about more than operational excellence. You'll play a key role in coaching and developing your team, building confidence, nurturing talent and creating an environment where colleagues can learn, grow and progress their careers. Our management team consists of a General Manager, Deputy General Manager, two Cinema Managers and three Team Leaders, all working together to create memorable experiences for our customers and a supportive environment for our colleagues.
