Team Leader

We're looking for a Retail Team Leader who brings energy, passion and strong leadership at shop floor level. Someone who loves supporting others, creating an empowering customer experience and driving results alongside their management team.

As our Team Leader you will…
+ Support and motivate the team to deliver a high-energy, confidence-boosting customer experience
+ Lead by example on the shop floor, driving sales and service standards
+ Support KPI delivery and store performance
+ Carry out keyholder responsibilities, including opening and closing
+ Coach and develop team members to build confidence and capability
+ Maintain strong visual and operational standards
+ Foster an inclusive, fun and empowering culture
+ Champion the brand and its values every day

+ Experience supervising teams in retail, hospitality or leisure
+ Confident, people-focused and enthusiastic
+ Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
+ Commercially aware and results driven
+ Leads by example with a positive, hands-on approach
+ Clear communicator who enjoys coaching others
