Full Job Description

  • Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care
  • Organise rotas and ensure the right staffing levels at all times
  • Support with training, development, and supervision of staff
  • Work alongside customers to achieve their goals and promote independence
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
  • Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies

  • Experience in a supervisory role within a care setting
  • A relevant qualification (NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent)
  • Good communication, organisational, and leadership skills
  • A warm, supportive, and motivating approach to working with others
  • Willingness to work flexibly and take part in the on-call rota, Visa sponsorship is not available at this time. Your working hours This is a full-time day & night shift role, with flexibility to work across both shift patterns. You will be working across weekdays and weekends as part of a rota. You'll also take part in our on-call system to ensure the smooth running of the service. Typical shifts may include:
  • Day shifts: 07:30am - 20:00pm
  • Night shifts: 19:30pm - 08:00am
  • On-call duties as part of the rota
