    We are looking for an experienced, caring, and committed Team Leader to join our team full-time at The Beeches UK. This is a rewarding opportunity to support young people in a stable and nurturing home environment - one where they can grow, build confidence, and achieve positive outcomes.
  • You will play a key role in young people's daily lives, helping them develop independence, resilience, and essential life skills. Experience in childcare or a related setting is preferred, and your knowledge and insight will directly shape the quality of care we provide.,
  • Experience: Working with children and young people in a care, education, or support setting is preferred but not essential
  • Passion: A genuine, person-centred approach to supporting young people
  • Qualification: Level 3 in Children & Young People's Residential Care or working towards.
  • Driving: Full UK driving licence preferred
  • Approach: Positive, resilient, and a collaborative team player who can work flexibly across shifts
