We are recruiting Waking Night Support Workers to join our service in Solihull, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. About the Service - Danzey Green Danzey Green is a care home which provides care and support people with learning disabilities and/or autistic spectrum disorder. Service User Interests

• Arts and crafts
• Days out such as Theme Parks, Meals out, Social activities, Christmas markets etc.
• Holidays and short breaks
• Walks in the local park and community
• Cooking and baking to develop life skills
The Role You will:
• Deliver person-centred support in line with individual support plans
• Assist with daily living skills and personal care where required
• Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing
• Maintain accurate records and work effectively as part of a team
• Experience Leading a Support Worker Team
  
  Experience in mental health & Learning Disabilities environment
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Ability to keep calm under pressure
• Passionate about making a difference to someone else's life
• Excellent Written Skills
• Good Leadership Skill, We're seeking people who are caring, patient, and respectful, with a positive and resilient approach. You should be confident working independently and within a team, have good communication skills, basic IT and written abilities, and be flexible and reliable.
