Team Leader - Supported Living | NorwichPay rate: £15.75Shift pattern:36 hours per week / PermanentWe're looking for an enthusiastic, confident Team Leader to take the helm of a dedicated support package in Norwich. This is a blended role, combining 12 hours of off-rota leadership with 24 hours of meaningful, hands-on support each week.You'll guide and inspire a team of Support Workers to deliver consistent, high-quality care for an individual living in their own home.They live with learning disabilities and autism, have a brilliant personality, and enjoy activities like puzzles, colouring, darts, and wrestling. Your leadership will help ensure their days are structured, safe, and filled with the things they love.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Management (12 hours off-rota)Team supervision - coach, guide, and motivate Support Workers.Performance & development - oversee training compliance and professional growth.Service oversight - manage rotas, care plans, risk assessments,
and documentation.Quality & compliance - uphold CQC standards and organisational policies.Team communication - lead meetings, debriefs, and escalate concerns when needed.Direct Support (24 hours on-rota)Person-centred support - deliver safe, personalised care alongside your team.Meaningful activities - encourage hobbies and interests that make each day fulfilling.Best-practice modelling - embed strong values and consistency in daily support.Relationship building - work closely with the individual and their family to maintain continuity.About YouLeadership experience in health and social care.Strong understanding of Autism, Learning Disabilities, Behaviours that may challenge, and mental health support.Excellent communication, organisation, and confidence in decision-making and risk management.Based locally inWho we areacuity care delivers specialist support across Brain Injury, Spinal Injury, Learning Disability & Autism, and Mental Health Services.
