This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced practitioner who is ready to take on additional responsibility and help lead a room and wider team to deliver outstanding experiences for children and families.About the RoleAs Team Lead, you will play an important role in the day-to-day running of the nursery, supporting the Nursery Management Team in maintaining high standards of care, education, safeguarding, and compliance.Your responsibilities will include: Leading by example and modelling excellent early years practice Supporting the day-to-day running of your room/team Ensuring high standards of care, learning, and development for all children
