Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional to join us as Intensive Home Treatment Team Leader in Bradford, based at Lynfield Mount Hospital.

Working closely with the Clinical Manager, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring high-quality, patient-centred care, supporting individuals with complex mental health needs in the community.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference by driving service excellence, fostering strong partnerships, and supporting a multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding outcomes., The post holder will have managerial responsibility for a team of clinicians and support workers and may have responsibility for an environmental area within the Adult Mental Health Acute Care Service.

You will also have continuing responsibility for a comprehensive high quality mental health service within a designated area of the Adult Mental Health Acute Care Service.
