ABOUT THE ROLE Your focus as Team Leader will be to support the home management team in delivering high-quality care with a difference by providing a safe, caring, innova, The Team Leader role at Avery Healthcare involves supporting the home management team to deliver high-quality care. This role requires creating a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Responsibilities include leading person-centred care planning processes, assisting with transitions of residents, monitoring well-being, and practicing safe systems of work. Candidates will live by Avery's values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable behavior. The job requires an NVQ 3 or equivalent in care for care homes and two years of experience in a senior position with the resident group. The ability to communicate effectively, lead staff and act responsibly in the manager's absence is essential. A DBS check is required, which Avery Healthcare will cover, along with proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
