Full Job Description
A proactive, hands-on approach with strong communication and organisational skills. Your role as a Team Leader:
- Lead and supervise a team of operatives on the production line
- Ensure production targets and deadlines are met efficiently
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards
- Enforce health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times
- Allocate tasks and manage workflow to maximise productivity
- Identify and resolve operational issues quickly
- Provide training, guidance, and support to team members
- Maintain accurate production records and reports
- Liaise with supervisors, managers, and other departments as required
- Ensure machinery and equipment are used correctly and reported if faulty

Your pay rate as a full time Team Leader on the training £14.60, after the training up to £15.20 . You will be working in cold temperatures (+6 - +8). Shifts Wed-Sat / Thu-Sat Times - 5.30am- 5.30pm or 8.15am-8.15pm Sun-Wed /Sun-Tue Times - 5.30am- 5.30pm or 8.15am-8.15pm Wed-Sat / Thu-Sat Times - 5.15pm- 3.00am or 8.00 pm - 6.00am Sun-Wed /Sun-Tue Times - 5.15pm- 3.00am or 8.00 pm - 6.00am - Experience is essential
