Team Leader – Operations & Network Infrastructure Delivery

Location: Hams Hall, Birmingham

Type: Full-time- Permanent

We have a client that is currently recruiting for a  Team Leader, who will oversee a high-performing operational team responsible for coordinating the safe, efficient, and timely delivery of critical 5G network infrastructure equipment. You will lead daily activities, support continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure outstanding service standards are maintained across all operations.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys motivating teams to achieve ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support a team of operational staff and coordinators

• Manage daily workflow planning and resource allocation

• Ensure all deliveries and logistics activities meet company KPIs and service standards

• Monitor team performance and provide coaching, training, and development

• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and operational procedures

• Build strong working relationships with internal departments, suppliers, and customers

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction

• Handle escalations and resolve operational challenges quickly and effectively

• Produce regular reports on team performance and operational metrics

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Operations Lead role

• Strong people management and communication skills

• Experience working within logistics, telecoms, infrastructure, warehouse, or supply chain environments is desirable

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

• Confident using Microsoft Office and operational systems

• Positive attitude with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
