- Lead smooth, efficient shifts
- Train and support new Baristas
- Energise and motivate your team
- Maintain high standards across service and coffee excellence
- Use resourcefulness and adaptability to keep everything running well
A reliable role model with accountability and maturity - A strong team player with great communication skills
- Energetic, positive and confident leading others
- Adaptable, resourceful and calm under pressure
- Experience as a team leader or ready to step into the role
£13.75-£14.75 per hour (location dependent) - 50% discount on all food and drink in Costa-owned stores
