Team Leader

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership position while remaining connected to frontline practice.
You will play a key role in supporting children, young people, and families, while also helping to shape and develop services across the region.
You will provide guidance and oversight to a team of practitioners, contribute to service delivery, and ensure high-quality support is consistently delivered., Provide leadership and support to a team of EMHPs and CWPs Contribute to the ongoing development and delivery of the service
You will hold a small caseload, which may include school engagement and direct work with parents/carers and teaching staff, as well as other related responsibilities
Build and maintain strong partnerships with schools and community organisations
Support continuous improvement and innovation across the service, A supportive and collaborative leadership environment
