To independently undertake crisis mental health assessments in a variety of settings including Accident and Emergency departments out of hours and liaise with relevant individuals and agencies to promote a positive, safe and meaningful experience for the young person and their families
To be able to demonstrate the ability to make appropriate decisions under pressure taking into consideration the risks to clients, self and others and to be able to assess the often complex situations of these clients and their families.
We can offer you support and supervision, a very exciting and challenging role, opportunity for personal development and to shape the post, access to our Trust's Leadership programme and a rewarding role.
