Team Coordinator

Hampshire Futures is seeking a proactive and motivated Team Coordinator to play a key role in the delivery of high-quality careers guidance, employability, and participation services across Hampshire to young people. This varied role combines operational leadership, staff development, safeguarding responsibilities, and direct career guidance delivery, giving you the opportunity to drive service performance, support colleagues to achieve their best, and make a positive impact on the futures of young people across Hampshire.What you'll do:

• Lead and support a county-wide team to deliver high-quality careers, employability and participation services for young people.
• Build strong partnerships with schools, training providers, employers and other agencies to enhance support and opportunities for young people.
• Demonstrate leadership through the effective delivery of careers guidance and targeted support to young people.
• Act as a Designated Safeguarding Officer, promoting the safety, wellbeing and inclusion of young people.
• Coach and develop Careers Advisers, ensuring effective performance, caseload management, accurate record keeping and positive outcomes for those who are NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) or at risk of becoming NEET., Make a genuine difference by leading and supporting services that help young people progress into education, employment, and training., You will be required to travel to various locations within Hampshire, and it is essential that you have a current drivers' licence and access to a reliable vehicle on a regular basis., We are a Disability Confident Employer - committed to ensuring that our recruitment and selection process is inclusive and accessible.
  
  Significant experience in careers, employability, participation, or education services.
• Proven leadership and people management experience.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience using performance data and service insights to monitor outcomes and implement continuous improvements.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with experience working collaboratively with schools, colleges, employers, partner agencies, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Highly organised, resilient, and proactive, with a commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and achieving positive outcomes for young people.
