Full Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Coordinator within Adult Critical Care at King's Mill Hospital.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated Critical Care Nurse who is passionate about delivering the highest standards of patient care and committed to driving continuous improvement. This is an excellent opportunity to develop and strengthen your leadership skills while remaining clinically involved within a fast-paced, supportive and dynamic environment.
As Team Coordinator, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operational management of the unit. Working closely with Department Leaders and the wider senior team, you will help ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, evidence-based care, while fostering a positive, collaborative and forward-thinking culture.
You will be supported by our dedicated Clinical Education Team, with excellent opportunities for ongoing professional development, learning and career progression. This role offers the opportunity to combine hands-on clinical practice with leadership responsibilities, enabling you to make a meaningful contribution to service development, quality improvement and the continued success of our Critical Care service.
If you are ready to take the next step in your Critical Care nursing career and are looking for a challenging, rewarding and supported leadership opportunity, we would love to hear from you and welcome you to our team.
We are an award-winning NHS Foundation Trust working alongside health and social care colleagues across the county to provide acute and community healthcare services to more than 420,000 people across Mansfield, Ashfield, Newark and Sherwood, and parts of Derbyshire and Lincolnshire.
We put the patient at the heart of everything that we do and it is our aim to make sure that every patient is treated as we would want a member of our own family to be treated. At the same time, we expect our staff to be caring, kind and courteous to each other and to look out for each other. We believe that we are truly a clinically-led organisation.
We are proud that our Trust colleagues have voted us the best acute Trust to work for in the East Midlands for seven years running in the National NHS Staff Survey, while the Care Quality Commission has rated our Trust as 'outstanding' for care and our King's Mill Hospital as the only 'outstanding' NHS-run hospital in the East Midlands.
