We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking Team Bakers to join the production team and help bring our signature cinnamon rolls to life. Roll Boys is a bold, fast-paced bakery concept focused on doing one thing exceptionally well-next-level cinnamon rolls, known for soft, perfectly baked rolls with rich fillings and standout flavours. This is a hands-on kitchen role where you'll support our bakers with the preparation, rolling, shaping, and assembly of our fresh products, ensuring every roll meets our high standards. You'll be a key part of keeping production running smoothly, maintaining organisation in the kitchen, and helping deliver the quality our customers know and love. - Assist with rolling, shaping, and assembling our signature cinnamon rolls to brand standards.
- Prepare and organise trays for baking, freezing, and proofing.
- Support the bakery team with daily production schedules and kitchen tasks.
- Help with ingredient preparation, stock rotation, and storage.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen throughout every shift.
- Follow all food hygiene, allergen, and health & safety procedures.
- Work as part of a collaborative team to meet daily production targets and maintain quality standards.
Reliable, hardworking, and committed with a strong work ethic. - Great attention to detail and consistency in your work.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- A positive, proactive attitude and team-player mindset.
- Commitment to cleanliness, food safety, and high standards., Previous bakery experience preferred.
- Comfortable with physical work, including standing for long periods and some lifting.
- Flexible availability during weekends (between 06:00-18:00) and Thursdays & Fridays (between 09:00-17:00).
