Full Job Description

This role will involve:

  • General administrative duties including typing letters, report writing, minute taking, and data recording/collection.
  • Taking phone calls from patients and professionals within and outside of the Trust.
  • Handling and processing general enquiries into the service.
  • Entering and processing clinical information using a variety of software programs and electronic health record systems.
  • Liaising with patients to book clinic appointments.
  • Providing a reception services to visitors when needed.

  • Are you looking to develop a career in mental health? We are looking for a proactive part-time Administrator to join the Oxfordshire Adult ADHD Service serve its patients to the best of its ability. We are a small yet dedicated team in search of a new part-time Administrator. You will need:
  • Robust organisational skills.
  • A flexible "can-do" attitude.
  • The ability to be self-motivated.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • A big heart to keep you going on the more challenging days.
  • This is an opportunity for an experienced administrator to support a young service (established 2021) as it continues to develop and expand. The service's operational hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. Precise working hours are flexible and can be negotiated, although the ability to work at least part of the day on a Monday and a Friday is an essential requirement.
