Key responsibilities include:o Managing telephone calls, messages and general enquiries in a professional mannero Registering referrals and maintaining accurate patient records on clinical systemso Booking, cancelling and amending appointments in line with service procedureso Producing routine correspondence using standard templateso Supporting meeting arrangements and general office administrationo Maintaining confidentiality and accurate data entry at all times
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a vital service, ensuring patients receive timely and well-coordinated care.
We are looking for a motivated Team Administrator to join our South East Community Rehabilitation Team at Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (MPFT). You will support a busy multidisciplinary team delivering community-based rehabilitation services, based at Samuel Johnson Community Hospital, Lichfield.

You will have:A good standard of general education and basic IT skillsExperience in an administrative or customer service roleExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenGood organisational skills and attention to detailThe ability to work both independently and as part of a teamA professional, reliable and flexible approach to work
Experience within a healthcare setting and knowledge of NHS systems would be an advantage but not essential.
